Singer Sara Diamond shares tongue in cheek music video

Sara Diamond explores the complex emotions that come following the loss of long-term love in “Happy With Me,” a tongue-in-cheek examination of an ex. “Happy With Me” is the third single off Diamond’s SaraX EP, and features an accompanying music video directed by Jonathan Redavid. The sultry single finds the Canadian-born, Los Angeles-based singer showcasing her world-famous voice crooning over a smooth, sultry rhythm. “Happy With Me” was independently released on May 20th, alongside the music video.

Over the years, Sara Diamond has crafted an incredibly unique sound, perfectly in tune with her enticing gift as a powerful vocalist. Blending her vocal strength seamlessly with her clever songwriting, her music has caught many ears and captured millions of hearts all over the world. Adventure and suspense await the viewer in Stavroz’s latest bewitching music video ‘Wintergreen’. Inspired by ancient Greek mythology,  this music video indeed feels like we are watching an abnormal exchange between two different worlds. Set to feature on their full-length album Mindibu which is set to be released on the 13th of May via Moodfamily, one can certainly feel the bewitching mood from the single fits the delightfully eerie styling of the music video.

Stavroz elaborates further on the inspiration behind the music video:  “Our trilogy of videos are based on the ancient legend of Orpheus and Eurydice which has been brought to Mindibu, the world of Stavroz. As Orpheus sets off on his journey to save his love from the underworld, he is joined by Mindibu’s creatures. Uncertain of what lies ahead, he bravely soldiers on, guided by a sinister yet sensual and melancholic soundtrack.”

Although Stavroz are known for their eclectic electronic sound that involves lots of experimentation, we are pleasantly surprised by this music video that feels like we are watching a sinister fairytale being played out right before our eyes. As our male protagonist runs for his life from the peculiar forest dwellers, we can already determine that he is feeling like he is being hunted.

Relationships are complex enough, and Sabrina Monique wants to let go of unnecessary baggage in her latest song ‘More Than A Friend’. The track, released via United Word Records, has now also been complemented with an energetic music video featuring the songstress as she does what she loves, and that is working in the studio and having a lovely time while doing so.

In an interview with Muze FM, Sabrina Monique mentioned: “No one’s path is linear and everybody’s will look different. The worst thing you could do is get down on yourself while you’re trying to forge your own. If something is difficult or feels impossible I can assure you it is most likely worth it, so keep going. The grass is always green where you water it.”
