Singer-songwriter Chantel Van T shares poetic song ‘Come To Me’

Chantel Van T singer-songwriter, actress and poet from Cape Town marks 2020 as the year she gives life to her solo career. Her second single, Come To Me, from her debut album Nicalochan released on the 14th of August.

Marked with the slow, low, roomy rolling guitar, Come To Me continues to embody the question of being seen in one’s entirety. This is the second single off the album but the 1st track of the album if listened in order – so its importance introduces the album that is to come. There is a bold statement in this song made every time she sings ‘Come To Me‘ and a deep intimacy in each vocal line of this song.

Chantel has carved out a spectacular album that announces the arrival of an independent artist with a fervent intention to both haunt and uplift the listener. Chantel is no stranger to the stage, already a familiar and renowned persona as the lead vocalist for South African, Space Rock band Diamond Thug.

JAS CRW release Greetings From EP & music video

Rising trio JAS CRW have officially released their Greetings From EP, and be prepared to feel completely in awe of this bunch after the first listen of the EP. Greetings From includes a noteworthy team with producers Ketelby James (CH), Meek (DE), and Jamie Rodigan for single ‘Report’. Vocalists featured on the EP include Nigerian musician Dotman and award-winning Jamaican musician Cowan.

To date, JAS CRW have been featured on several radio stations BBC Radio 1’s Toddla, BBC 1Xtra’s David Rodigan, Reprezent Radio, Heart of Love Radio as well as Apple Music’s New Music Daily.

BSMNT Club comment on the EP, “JAS CRW provides a breezy fusion in their soundscape that captures the sounds of Africa, Jamaica, and the United Kingdom in this new offering.”

JAS CRW adds their thoughts on the new EP: “While working on Greetings From, we all went back to our roots and were inspired by each other’s backgrounds, which allowed us to find new sounds for JAS CRW and, even more importantly, our inner peace by representing our ancestors in a modern way.”

Pop singer Jesse Hite releases song ‘I’m Glad You Called Me’

Jesse Hite is an American artist living in France as a musician, producer, and singer-songwriter. He began writing songs at an early age, yet only now he is releasing his own music into the world. His experience exploring and living on the West Coast of America, travels through Asia and Europe, and time spent living in France has taken his lyrics and songwriting to a whole new level and depth. He has combined those experiences inside the studio and molded them into a piece of art for all music lovers to enjoy. His dream is to make his music available for everyone around the world to listen to. He wants to share his honest experiences through his intricate storytelling-like song style.
